Trillian Consulting is a service designed for leaders in schools whether they are beginning or experienced. The service is based around the goal of helping school leaders be the very best they can be at what they do.
Participants design their own programs based around a suite of topics which include an understanding of working with culture, examining your leadership style, relational leadership skills, collaborative practice and teamwork. Aspects of leading change and also issues management can also be addressed.
Coaching and mentoring models are emphasised and five month programs are designed. New leaders, experienced leaders and leadership teams can all be accommodated.
Trevor Doyle draws from his experience as a former school principal with twenty-seven years’ practice in schools from small to large, including remote, rural, and urban settings. He also spent twenty years as an Area Supervisor and System School Leader, collaborating with Leadership Teams in primary schools, secondary schools, and P-12 colleges. Trevor has played a significant role in principal appointment, development, monitoring, and review. He holds qualifications in education and leadership and is a Fellow of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (Queensland, Australia).
